For the best price on your PC or Mac repair, please bring your computer into our Calabasas repair location.
We offer free diagnostics and fixed, per-incident pricing if you bring a computer to us for repair.

We also understand some clients prefer hassle free on-site service without having to bring the computer in to our shop.

One of our technicians will travel to your location and quickly solve your PC or Mac problems based on our rate chart.

RATES
• Residential On-Site Computer Repairs - PC or Mac: 1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments. • Business On-Site Computer Repairs - PC or Mac: 1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments. Network Engineers/Microsoft/CISCO/Aloha P.O.S. Certified Technicians offered for $115 per hour • Rental of Windows-based PC Client may choose a Windows XP or Windows 7- based laptop or desktop computer. Rental includes all necessary accesories, Microsoft Office and any special programs can be loaded upon request for long term rentals. Major credit/debit card or $500 fully-refundable cash deposit required. We do not currently offer Mac Rentals. • Rental of Wireless Internet Hotspot for Mobile Internet Access - Each device supports up to 5 users - Discounts for long-term rentals Recommended by production and film crews on-location or for business users while traveling.	$75.00 per hour $95.00 per hour $10 per day $10 per day

Concierge Service within 50 miles of Los Angeles: We will send a driver ASAP to pick up the PC/Mac. We will do any repairs at our tech bench. Includes rapid re-delivery. Weekend, Holiday and Evening Service: Includes work day appointments that begin on or after 7pm.	$85.00 per hour

*Emergency On-site Response:** On-site within 3 hours! 1 hour minimum	$125.00 per hour

Scheduled Full Day: Eight hours labor on workdays starting in the morning	$520.00 per day ($65 p/h)

Remote Support: Telephone Support, Remote Trouble-Shooting & Network Monitoring	$47.00 per hour

Small Business Support Plan Rates We prefer to create a custom long-term plan for you $99.00 per month commitment or a one time $2,000.00 pre-payment (maintain up to 15 PC's w/service guarantee)
